Is it Wednesday Already?

With a long weekend, it's easy to feel like the week is short but especially after such a fun holiday weekend it was hard to come back to reality and get back to the daily grind! The boys had a lot of fun on the boat and we can't wait to try out a new craft idea thanks to Jenny W! Here are a few pictures of the boys enjoying the nice weather down at Lake Cumberland, KY! Here's an easy and inexpensive craft idea to hold your memories from your vacation! This is especially great if you go to the beach, but you can be creative and use this idea for just about anywhere you go! While at the beach, collect all kinds of different size, shape, and colored shells. After cleaning the shells well with dish soap you can go to any craft store and get plain wood frames in the craft aisle (usually a couple bucks or so),  and a small bottle of craft paint (usually less than a dollar).  Paint your frame and hot glue your shells all around the frame.  If you do stamping at all, you can stamp your destination and year on the frame also! When it's finished, take pictures from your trip and put them in the frame! These would make great gifts for grandparents, especially if they were on the trip with you!
