Jennie
I am a daughter, sister, friend, wife, and mother. Although I wear many hats, ultimately, I am Jennie. Depending on the day, it is hard to remember who that girl even is anymore! I have been married to my hubby, Steve, for almost four years and after two years of patience, prayer, and IVF we were blessed with a beautiful son who we named Cody. My every day life now consists of changing diapers, singing songs and playing with blocks... it may not sound like much, but it is the best job I've ever had!!! My life is crazy and I wouldn't have it any other way! I know that no matter where we live or what our jobs are, we all have the same parenting struggles. My hope for this blog is that it becomes a supportive, no judgement zone where we can share....well Everything! Thanks for supporting me through my journey and I hope I can be a support through yours!

I am a stay-at-home mom to my busy little boy, Luke, who was born in December of 2008. We live in rural Ohio with our dog, Ripley and three horses. I have a very devoted, loving husband whom I met while studying in London, England and were married in the Summer of 2006. I love movies, cooking, photography and have recently become crazy enough to take up running and recently completely my first 5k race!
I’m the first to admit that trying to juggle it all is the hardest job I’ll ever love! Someone once asked me, “When your kids look back on their childhood, what would you want them to say about you as a parent?” We all have our own answers for this question and this is what drives me to be a proactive parent with my family’s priorities first. I don’t have all the answers but then again, that’s why I’m turning to YOU! We can help each other get through this crazy rollercoaster of parenting!
